Job summary

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic hourly rate up to £13.10 with TRONC and potential on-target earnings between £14.50 and £15 per hour including TRONC.

We are an award-winning group known for fresh, seasonal dishes and hospitality excellence. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in a service setting, knife skills, and the ability to work across at least two kitchen sections while following recipes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills.
• Experience working across at least two kitchen sections and following recipes.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, fresh food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to standard while maintaining quality.
• Work across multiple kitchen sections and assist teammates.
• Follow recipes and culinary techniques to maintain consistency.

About You

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
