Sodexo Live! at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester is seeking casual Hospitality Managers to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced catering environment within a world-leading food and facilities management company, delivering high standards and exceptional service.

As a Hospitality Manager, you will lead clean kitchen operations, ensure COSHH-compliant processes, and maintain safety and quality standards while contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean the kitchen and equipment, utensils, crockery, and glass throughout and after service.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly in line with COSHH guidelines.

• To clean the kitchen & equipment, utensils, crockery, and glass throughout and after service
• Correct disposal of rubbish
• Correct chemicals are used for cleaning purposes following COSHH guidelines
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements
• Broken / malfunction equipment to be reported to the Supervisor immediately
• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A flexible \"can do\" attitude
• The ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
