Searcys is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team at RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a leading global professional body in land, property, infrastructure, and construction.

About the Role

The Kitchen Porter will assist the kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and maintaining kitchen standards. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. The role involves working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on hygiene and teamwork.

Salary and Schedule

£13.15 per hour, working 5 days over 7.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
2. Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, and equipment.
3. Maintain storage areas and food safety standards.
4. Support waste management and recycling.
5. Assist with food prep, such as washing vegetables and cutting ingredients.
6. Organize and store kitchen supplies.
7. Unloading deliveries and storing items properly.
