What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring high standards are met
• Washing and organizing cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation & stock management
• Disposing of waste correctly and following strict food hygiene regulations
• Keeping kitchen areas organized, safe, and ready for service
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth meal service

• Experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Venue-Specific Information

• Applicants must be 18+
• Candidates must be available for a 7-day rota with flexible hours between 06:30 am - 16:30 pm
• Hours are not guaranteed weekly, but additional work may be available across our 119 venues in London
• This role is not suitable for students on a 20-hour work visa, as it requires consistent year-round availability
