Job summary

Côte Brasserie is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Back of House team in the United Kingdom. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe, supporting chefs during busy service and ensuring dishes can be prepared efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and organised, before, during and after service.
• Operate the dishwasher and make sure crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are clean and ready when the team needs them.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and support the kitchen with basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage waste and recycling safely and responsibly.
• Keep an eye out for equipment faults or hazards and let the team know when something needs attention.
• Support the chefs wherever you can, especially when the kitchen is busy.
• Follow our food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
