• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment.
• Wash, clean and prep pots, pans, crockery and equipment.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean during shifts and assist with deep cleaning.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and correct storage.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
• Support chefs and help keep service moving efficiently.

We're looking for a Kitchen Porter who is hardworking, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be an essential part of the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, supporting chefs, and helping to keep service running efficiently. If you enjoybeing a key part of delivering great food experiences, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly by maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment
• Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery, and equipment are washed, cleaned, and ready for use during busy service
• Keeping kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and tidy throughout the shift, including pot wash and deep cleaning tasks
• Supporting basic food preparation when required, helping the chefs keep service moving efficiently
• Managing waste disposal, recycling, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and storing goods safely and correctly
• Following all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
• Working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, bringing energy, reliability, and a positive "can do" attitude
