Job summary

Novotel London Greenwich is seeking a Part-time Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen and equipment clean, wash dishes, support chefs, and maintain hygiene standards.

No formal qualifications required; prior kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage. Reliable, punctual and a team player, you will follow health and safety procedures and may support deliveries. Training can be provided.

• Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised
• Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
• Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with general tasks
• Cleaning floors, surfaces and other kitchen areas
• Taking out rubbish and keeping waste areas tidy
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Helping with deliveries and storing supplies when required
• Working as part of a friendly and busy kitchen team
