Firmdale Hotels’ Charlotte Street Hotel in London is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. This entry-level role focuses on delivering warm, efficient guest service and learning all areas of service with guidance from the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing exceptional service to guests by attending to their requests promptly and courteously.
• Familiarise yourself with the menus and order of service to accurately answer guest queries and make recommendations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate food and beverage orders.
• Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well‑being of guests and colleagues.
• Continuously strive to improve your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
• Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
