Job summary

Harts Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter for El Pastor in Kings Cross, London. You will support a high-quality kitchen, maintain cleanliness, and help with opening/closing duties while learning from a talented Chef team.

Ideal candidates will have experience in London restaurant kitchens, adhere to food safety standards, and demonstrate a strong team ethic and eagerness to develop their hospitality career within this vibrant group.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-quality restaurant kitchens in London.
• Adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to keep sections clean.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support the kitchen team and learn new recipes and techniques.

Kitchen Porter | El Pastor Restaurant | Kings Cross, London

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico.
