Job summary

El Pastor in Battersea, London, part of the Harts Group, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the high-volume floor of our New Opening team. You will train staff, manage cashing up, and ensure guests receive outstanding service with a warm welcome.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Training and developing new team members.
• Cash up and end-of-day reporting.
• Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team.
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations.
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered.
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care.
• Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings.
• Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens.
• Strong command of English language.
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues.
• A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must.
