Grind is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen in London. You will help the Back of House team ensure smooth kitchen operations and keep the area clean and well-stocked to run service.

This role is ideal for individuals starting their culinary careers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team focused on high standards and efficiency.

A bit about the role.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and aspiring chef, looking to join and progress in a fast-paced restaurant group. Our Grind locations offer all-day dining and focus on using fresh seasonal produce to develop a dynamic menu.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team in ensuring they have everything they need to operate the kitchen. You will need strong organisational skills, work well under pressure and enjoy working in a very busy work environment. If you’re looking to start your culinary career but don’t yet have any experience, this is a great opportunity for you!

Role responsibilities.

• Support the Back of House team in the operation of the kitchen
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped to run service
• Action any tasks requested by Head Chef or Senior Chef on duty
