Incipio Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and organising work areas, assisting Chefs and supporting the team during busy periods.

The role requires good teamwork, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene, with physical stamina for standing and lifting, plus reliable time management and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and kitchen equipment.

• Ensure safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Restock kitchen supplies and utensils.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service.

Our Kitchen Porters are the heart of the kitchen, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently. You play a vital support role for our Chefs and wider Team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning kitchen workstations, floors, walls, and storage areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.
• Assisting with food preparation, such as peeling vegetables or preparing basic ingredients.
• Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
• Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Restocking kitchen supplies and ensuring utensils are readily available.
• Supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
