Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Kitchen Porter in the United Kingdom to be the backbone of our busy kitchen. You’ll keep spaces clean, support chefs with basic prep, restock supplies, and help maintain a positive team atmosphere during service.

You’ll earn £12.71–£14.71 per hour (OTE including service charge) with additional perks like free staff meals, pension, wellbeing support, and exclusive staff discounts across Franco Manca venues.

Responsibilities

• As a Kitchen Porter, be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain hygiene standards to keep the kitchen spotless.
• Support chefs with basic food prep when needed to keep service running smoothly.
• Restock and organize supplies, ensuring everything is ready for service.
• Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.
• Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen.

• £12.71 – 14.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1.5 to £2 per hour on top of your pay)
