Job summary

Franco Manca Richmond is looking for a Kitchen Porter to be the backbone of our kitchen, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for service.

You’ll wash dishes, clean equipment, maintain hygiene standards, assist chefs with basic prep when needed, restock supplies, and help move during busy shifts. We offer paid hours at £12.71–£14.71 per hour OTE, plus free pizza and drinks on shifts, 28 days holiday, a pension, wellbeing support, and staff discounts.

What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping things clean, organized, and ready to roll.
You'll keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Support the chefs with basic food prep when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Restock and organize supplies, making sure everything is ready for service.
Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.
Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen – teamwork makes the dream work!
