Franco Manca in Southampton is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for service. You’ll wash dishes, clean equipment, maintain hygiene standards and assist with basic prep when needed, ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts.

What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping things clean, organized, and ready to roll.

You’ll keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Support the chefs with basic food prep when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Restock and organize supplies, making sure everything is ready for service.

Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.

Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen - teamwork makes the dream work!
