Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a kitchen assistant to keep the kitchen spotless, support chefs with basic prep, and restock supplies for service. You’ll be part of a busy team that values speed, cleanliness and a friendly work environment.

We welcome applicants with or without experience and offer training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within Franco Academy all over the UK.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen spotless by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Support the chefs with basic food prep when needed, helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Restock and organize supplies, making sure everything is ready for service.
• Be an essential part of the team, keeping things moving during busy shifts.
• Help maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere in the kitchen – teamwork makes the dream work!

• £12.71 – 14.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1.5 to £2 per hour on top of your pay)
