Global Sports Jobs Limited in Greater London is seeking a Kitchen and Front of House Cleaner to support the kitchen team with cleaning of items, equipment, floors and surfaces, maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• 3 months in a similar role.
• Basic Food Hygiene certification or training.

About the Role

This role assists the Kitchen and Front of House staff with cleaning all kitchen items, equipment, machinery, floors and surfaces. The postholder maintains high standards and safe practices across all areas. It is generally a Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility in working hours required occasionally, and offers the opportunity to gain basic kitchen skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Man the pot wash area.
• Clean numerous kitchen items used by the kitchen and front of house.
• Maintain a very high standard of kitchen and food hygiene at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
• Clean the kitchen area, including machinery and storerooms.
• Put away incoming goods in storage areas and maintain these areas.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3 months in a similar role.
• Good command of the English language.
• Basic Food Hygiene.
• Able to work at a quick pace.
• Likes to get stuck in.
• Good team player.
