Job summary

Masala Zone in London is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team on a pro rata basis, with daytimes, evenings and weekend shifts. Full-time hours start at 35 per week.

You will handle dishwashing, assist with deliveries, stock rotation and general kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleaning, while upholding kitchen hygiene standards. We unusually combine a panoramic range of proper Indian food - pioneering street food, thalis (the balanced family platters), flavourful grills, regional curries, biryanis - as well as brunch & afternoon tea

We are looking for a hardworking Kitchen porter to work on a pro rata basis, daytimes, evenings and weekends. Full-time only, minimum 35 hours per week.

We provide full on the job training for the right candidate, although knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards is an advantage.

The duties include operating the dishwashing machine, sorting deliveries and stock rotation, which include heavy items and maintaining general kitchen cleanliness and deep cleaning.
