Job summary

Lough Erne Resort in Enniskillen is seeking an Evening Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team. This is a key support role within the kitchen, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Working as part of a fast-paced and professional environment, you will play an essential part in supporting our chefs and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Clean and sanitise surfaces including walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors during and after service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and all kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order, reporting any issues.
• Empty, clean, and re-line waste bins in line with hygiene standards.
• Keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and well-organised.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.

We are currently recruiting for an Evening Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning culinary team at Lough Erne Resort. This is a key support role within the kitchen, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Working as part of a fast-paced and professional environment, you will play an essential part in supporting our chefs and contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

This role operates on a 5 out of 7 rota basis, with evening shifts from 9am to 5pm
