Job summary

Chickpea Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter for evenings and weekends. You’ll work as part of a lively pub team, help in the kitchen with prep and washing up, and support front‑of‑house to ensure guests have a warm, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates are positive, reliable and eager to learn, with a team‑oriented attitude. Training is provided, and opportunities to move across our growing pub group across the Southwest region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen with food prep and washing up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working
  as part of a passionate, energetic team to deliver a welcoming atmosphere
  for guests.
• Assisting
  in the kitchen with food prep, and washing up (Kitchen porter duties).
• Supporting
  the front‑of‑house team by serving, clearing, and ensuring guests have a
  great hospitality experience.
• Maintaining
  high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Helping
  keep the pub running smoothly, supporting both kitchen and front‑of‑house
  teams.
• Learning
  from experienced team members and developing your skills in all areas of
  pub operations.
