Job summary

Chickpea Group is seeking a Pub Assistant in Warminster to join a lively team across our pubs with rooms and pizza spots. You’ll help in the kitchen and front-of-house, delivering a welcoming guest experience and supporting daily operations.

The role offers hands-on hospitality experience, training, and opportunities to grow within the Chickpea Group. Competitive hourly pay (£8.20–£13) dependent on age and experience, with a flexible part-/full-time arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a passionate, energetic team to deliver a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assisting in the kitchen with food prep, and washing up (Kitchen porter duties).
• Supporting the front-of-house team by serving, clearing, and ensuring guests have a great hospitality experience.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Helping keep the pub running smoothly, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Learning from experienced team members and developing your skills in all areas of pub operations.
