Job summary

Chickpea Group is seeking a Pub Assistant in the Salisbury area. The role supports both kitchen and front-of-house teams, helping to deliver a welcoming guest experience and maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation.

You’ll work with a motivated team across multiple pubs, with training and development opportunities as you grow within the group.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a passionate, energetic team to deliver a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assisting in the kitchen with food prep, and washing up (Kitchen porter duties).
• Supporting the front-of-house team by serving, clearing, and ensuring guests have a great hospitality experience.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Helping keep the pub running smoothly, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Learning from experienced team members and developing your skills in all areas of pub operations.
