Wilson Vale is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join our team at a workplace restaurant in London. This permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rota between 7am and 11pm to meet business needs.

You will support kitchen and hospitality teams with daily operations and events, washing equipment, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Availability for evening shifts and events is required.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a kitchen porter role
• Highly organised and able to work in high-pressured environments
• High standards of food hygiene and health & safety
• Excellent customer service and social skills
• Team player in a 6-person kitchen
• Will work evenings and events when required

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC4A 3TW.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within a prestigious law firm. Your working hours will be on a rota between 7am and 11pm, depending on business needs.

Wilson Vale is an established, quality-led contract caterer. We work with amazing clients across the UK who place huge value on great food as a key part of their culture and community. We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll support our kitchen, pantry and hospitality teams with day-to-day operations and events. Your responsibilities will include washing glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, keeping work areas tidy and organised, and helping with event preparation and service. You'll need to be flexible and available to work evening shifts and events as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Have excellent customer service and social skills
• Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
• Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 6
• Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
