HF Holidays Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Bourton-on-the-Water to support the kitchen team. You will help keep areas and equipment clean, assist with vegetables, salads and picnic lunches, and ensure service runs smoothly in our Bourton Country House dining area.

This role is full time and live-out, with a hourly rate of £12.71. Evening shifts and weekends are included as part of the roster.

Qualifications

• Ability to be part of a team and flexible to work evenings (9pm finish) and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef in cleaning all Food Preparation areas and equipment.
• Ensure the kitchen is maintained to a clean standard throughout service.
• Assist in the preparation of vegetables, salads and picnic lunches when required.

What will you be doing

Working in ourBourtonCountry House we provide a retreat for up to 43guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. We always know when and where our guests need serving. We know the number of guests we will be hosting each week, and our mealtimes are fixed. We plan our menus in advance and get pre orders for lunch and dinner. Your role as Kitchen Porter will be to support the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef clean all Food Preparation areas and equipment. You will ensure the kitchen is maintained to a clean standard throughout service and assist in the preparation of vegetables, salads and picnic lunches when required.
