Job summary

The Ballachulish Hotel, part of Crieff Hydro Limited, is looking for a Kitchen Porter/Support role to help keep the kitchen clean and stocked. You will clean all equipment for the Chefs, maintain a tidy kitchen, and assist with Chef support in a fast-paced environment.

Live-in accommodation may be available. You’ll join a friendly team and have opportunities to grow within the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.

The Ballachulish Hotel

The Ballachulish Hotel is in a spectacular spot nestled in the Scottish highlands – a place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and photo-worthy views. About the Role

You’ll be cleaning all the equipment for the Chefs, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and generally helping with all areas of Chef support.

What we need from you

You’ll be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, which is physically demanding. Ability to work in an orderly and clean manner essential.
