Crieff Hydro Limited's Ballachulish Hotel is seeking an energetic F&B supporter who will assist the team to deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll be hands-on, bring your own style, and keep the customer at the heart of every decision while helping boost revenue.

The Ballachulish Hotel is in a spectacular spot nestled in the Scottish highlands – a place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and photo-worthy views. Our team know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and have found some much-loved spots to explore.

About the role

You will supportyour F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your personality and passion will encourage a strong team spirit, making sure everyone has the training and skills they need to create outstanding, unique guest experiences.

You’ll be hands‑on and bring your own style to the role. You’ll put the customer at the heart of every decision, at the same time finding creative ways boost revenue.
