Sodexo is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across utensils and equipment, and assist the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, utensils and equipment.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and general kitchen duties.
• Ensure dishes, pots and equipment are washed efficiently and returned to the appropriate areas.
• Dispose of waste safely and correctly, following site procedures.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or needs.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
