You’ll oversee operations, manage inventory and costs, uphold food safety standards, and coach staff to deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.

• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
