Slim Chickens Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our busy kitchen at Grand Central Station. You will oversee operations, train staff, and ensure excellent food quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
