Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence.
• Ability to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive sales and business results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
• Great communication skills to lead and inspire a team and delight guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the performance of the kitchen team with full responsibility for all kitchen operations, people, guest experience, sales, profit, operations and safety.
• Ensure TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and kitchen performance meets targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed approach.
