Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, uphold safety standards and drive profitability. We offer a 48-hour contract, 30 days of holiday, enhanced pension, private medical, staff discounts and development programmes.

• Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
