TGI Fridays UK is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across service, delivering real food and a guest-obsessed experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, uphold safety standards and drive profitability. We offer a 48-hour contract, 30 days of holiday, enhanced pension, private medical, staff discounts and development programmes.

Being a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef

Key Responsibilities

While you are reporting to the General Manager you will be leading in all aspects of kitchen operations for your store.

Your key duties will include the following;

• To lead and inspire the performance of the kitchen team. Full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation and performance. This includes People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
• To ensure that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained, and the kitchen performance delivers its targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.

About You

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
• The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
• Restaurant / hospitality experience
• Proven track record of leading teams to success
