The Beech Tree, part of Ember Inns and Mitchells & Butlers, seeks a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and inspire the team to deliver consistently top-quality dishes. You will manage ordering, prep, and stock while upholding brand standards and health/safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen lead in a pub/restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop a team to deliver consistent high-quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high-quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through team performance.
• Oversee kitchen management: food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu to maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.

Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
