Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef for Ember Inns in Denton. You will lead the kitchen, inspire and develop the team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards to keep guests returning.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and health/hygiene compliance while working with a branded menu and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role in pubs/restaurants.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage food costs, stock and ordering.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to consistently deliver high‑quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Oversee kitchen management including food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure health and hygiene compliance.
