County Hotel is recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and inspire the team to deliver consistently high-quality food. You’ll be driving sales and guest satisfaction, managing food ordering, prep, and stock control, and ensuring adherence to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Head Chef at the County Hotel you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
