Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef for the County Hotel to lead a kitchen and inspire the team, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. This role oversees kitchen operations and supports the hotel as part of our Innkeepers Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high‑quality food.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work within a branded menu and drive guest satisfaction.

Job description

As Head Chef at the County Hotel you will lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of, inspiring your team and ensuring that all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen keeps our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 23-room hotel attached, and therefore management roles will support the hotel as part of the business. This is a suitable opportunity for somebody looking for their first Head Chef appointment.
