Job summary

Colney Fox in London Colney is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen, delivering high-quality food and driving guest satisfaction. You’ll manage all kitchen operations, including menu execution, ordering and stock control, while setting standards across the team.

Offered with an optional onsite bedsit/studio as part of Mitchells & Butler's Innkeepers Collection; you’ll join a supportive pub hospitality group with pension, holiday entitlement and brand discounts.

Job description

As Head Chef at the Colney Fox you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more
