We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of the team to achieve the long-term goals of the organization.
2. Plan catering services and supervise staff.
3. Decide on the range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided, or discuss customer requirements for special occasions.
4. Verify that the quality of food, beverages, and waiting service meet standards, and ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean in compliance with statutory requirements.
5. Check that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss, keeping within budget limits.
6. Maintain food hygiene rules and regulations at all times.
7. Supervise food preparation in the kitchen and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain clean working environments and ensure employees follow preventive maintenance measures.
9. Order kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and market demand.
10. Provide necessary support to junior staff and trainees.

In addition, you must have excellent communication skills, a great sense of innovation, and leadership qualities. You should be flexible, self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
