The Role

As Chef Manager, you will lead the kitchen team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences. You will innovate and maintain high culinary standards, manage all relevant paperwork, budgets, and supplies, and oversee special events and seasonal activities. Your leadership will ensure an excellent dining experience that enhances residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create varied, nutritious menus in line with dietary requirements
• Train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences
• Maintain high standards and innovate in culinary approaches
• Manage paperwork, adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, control budgets, and oversee orders and deliveries
