We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader ready to advance their career. This leadership role involves shaping our kitchen operations, upholding high standards, and supporting the development of the kitchen team at Old Plough.

As Kitchen Manager, you will...

1. Support, coach, and mentor your team at Old Plough.

2. Maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skills.

3. Hold up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Hiring and onboarding new team members in an inclusive manner.

2. Leading, guiding, and developing your kitchen team, providing ongoing training and growth opportunities.

3. Ensuring high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety, creating a safe, organized workspace.

4. Managing the kitchen schedule to ensure efficient staffing and meet labour targets.

5. Conducting regular stock checks to control costs and meet performance goals.

6. Driving sales growth by fostering strong relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
