Boparan Restaurant Group is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run operations across a hub housing Carluccio's Caffe, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Harry Ramsden's. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen efforts, mentor staff, and drive guest experiences that elevate each brand.
