Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) operates a Hospitality hub bringing together Carluccio's Caffe, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Harry Ramsden's under one roof. We seek an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager across front-of-house and kitchen operations, driving guest experiences and business success.

You will lead and train teams, ensure top-tier service, manage compliance, and contribute to strategic plans that grow sales and brand loyalty.
