Job summary

Center Parcs Foresters' Inn in Longleat Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to lead kitchen operations, mentor juniors and uphold high standards. The role is based at Foresters' Inn, a gastro pub offering classic meals in a family-friendly setting.

You will oversee daily prep, manage stock and waste, and support management in driving efficiency while covering shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Previous kitchen experience in a similar position.
• Cheerful, patient and friendly demeanor.
• Professional and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required.
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively.
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.
