Center Parcs Foresters' Inn at Longleat Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to deliver high-quality dishes and oversee daily kitchen operations. You will lead and mentor junior staff, ensure standards, and support management in driving efficiency.

The role requires an effective communicator with kitchen experience, a cheerful and calm approach, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. A full-time contract with guaranteed hours is offered.

Foresters' Inn is a gastropub serving classic meals, drinks and kids' cocktails in a relaxed family setting.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Join our Foresters' Inn team as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
