Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for Takeaway at Whinfell Forest. You will oversee daily food preparation, coach junior staff and support the Assistant Kitchen Manager, with a focus on cost control and waste reduction.

The role is a full-time shift pattern from 1:30pm to 10:00pm, requiring a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period and will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Salary is £15.72 per hour.

• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required.
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively.
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.
