ITS Property Maintenance is seeking a Multi-Trader (Kitchen Fitting) to join their planned works programme for social housing. Based in Southampton, you will cover the South Hampshire GU postcodes and work on kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, and tiling tasks as part of a wider team.

You must have your own 110V power tools and hand tools, a full UK driving licence, and transport. The role is long-term temp (3 months+), paying £30–£31 per hour CIS, with PAYE options discussed.

Formación

• Must have core trade in kitchen fitting and multi-trade capabilities.
• NVQ 2/3 or time served is acceptable.
• Own transport and full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Cover South Hampshire GU postcodes.
• Carry out kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, and tiling tasks as part of planned works.
• Maintain daily worksheets and liaise with supervisor.
