Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Fitter/ Multi Trade Carpenter to join our Southampton Capital (Planned Maintenance) team. You will carry out kitchen fitting, plumbing, tiling, flooring, and related works in residential properties across Hampshire, New Forest and the edge of Surrey.

You will work either solo or with a trade team, delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The role offers a 39-hour week, a competitive salary (£37,700) with earnings up to £41,756, a

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry required.
• Experience as a Multi Trader/Kitchen Fitter in domestic settings.
• Full UK Driving Licence with use of company van.
• Strong health and safety awareness and ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out kitchen fitting and minor plumbing/tiling works.
• Install vinyl flooring and tiling as part of kitchen refurbishments.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in clients' homes.
• Work alone or as part of a trade team to achieve targets safely.
