Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced KitchenFitter to work across the Eastleigh area on occupied social housing properties. The role involves installing and refurbishing kitchens within homes, delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will handle full kitchen rip-outs, installations, tiling, and basic plumbing, with a professional approach in tenants’ homes and adherence to health and safety standards. Competitive rate offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a KitchenFitter.
• Experience in social housing or occupied domestic properties.
• Strong multi-trade skills including tiling and plumbing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and professionally in tenants’ homes.

KitchenFitter – Social Housing

Location: Eastleigh
Rate: £24.33per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a well established social housing provider to recruit an experienced KitchenFitter to work across the Eastleigh area on occupied properties.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the installation and refurbishment of kitchenswithin social housing properties, delivering high quality work while maintaining excellent customer service in occupied homes.

Key Duties

• Full Kitchenrip outs and installations
• Installation of Kitchen units, worktops and sinks
• Tiling (walls and floors)
• Basic plumbing works related to kitcheninstalls
• Making good including plastering and decorating
• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
• Providing a professional, customer focused service at all times
