Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter for social housing maintenance across Bodmin to Bude in North Cornwall. This is a temp/ self-employed role with potential permanent conversion for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Planned maintenance work in social housing properties.
• Fitting full kitchens - including rip out and reinstall all aspects, tiling, flooring, units etc
• Working alongside other trades, electrician, labourer etc
• Travelling to various jobs in North Cornwall
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress

Kitchen Fitter - North Cornwall

Experienced Kitchen Fitter required on social housing maintenance works in Cornwall. Your patch will be Bodmin up to Bude.

Great opportunity with a busy and highly regarded maintenance contractor.

This is initially a temp/ self employed role which could lead to a job on the books for the right person if desired.

Kitchen Fitter Day to Day

• Planned maintenance work in social housing properties

Kitchen Fitter Requirements

• Extensive experience fitting kitchens
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license

You will need to have manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness certificates. If you do not have these we can put you through the courses at your cost and you keep the certificates.

Successful candidate will need to have a DBS check.
