Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join a well-established contractor in the Callington area, working on social housing properties.

You will fit kitchens and bathrooms in occupied and void properties, perform related carpentry, plumbing and tiling tasks, and maintain high safety and quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service to tenants. Immediate start available.

DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join a well-established contractor working within the Social Housing sector across the Callignton area.

This is a permanent opportunity offering long term stability, a company van, fuel card, and the chance to work for a reputable business with a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of kitchens and bathrooms within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Carrying out all aspects of fitting work to a high standard.
• Basic multi-trade duties including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and finishing works.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
• Maintaining excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
• Experience working within Social Housing is advantageous.
• Competent in a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, and tiling.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• 36,000 annual salary.
